When compiling the candidate short-list for our clients, the personality fit and career aspirations of each candidate are equally as important as the skills and competencies required to fulfil the role.

We are not in the business of ‘blunder bussing’ CVs to employers in the hope that one might stick. Prior to their details being submitted to the client, each candidate is thoroughly interviewed, face-to-face. Having previously worked at HR Director level for many years, primarily within international investment houses, Jane Paul knows the standard of service she would have liked to receive from a recruitment partner and is determined that we provide an extremely professional, honest service to our candidates and clients.
